Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of battles with both, and while the journey hasn’t been easy, it has taught me invaluable lessons about coping and resilience. Today, I want to share some personal strategies that have helped me manage stress and anxiety.
Recognizing My Triggers:
It all starts with knowing what triggers my anxiety. For me, overwhelming schedules and clutter—both physical and mental—can send my stress levels through the roof. By identifying these triggers, I’ve learned to anticipate and prepare for them by simplifying tasks and keeping my environment organized.
