Mindfulness Practice: Engage in mindfulness meditation or other contemplative practices to develop awareness of the present moment. This helps in accepting change as it arises without clinging to or resisting it.

Observing Thoughts and Emotions: Instead of getting caught up in your thoughts and emotions, practice observing them with curiosity and non-judgment. Notice when your mind wanders to the past or future, and gently guide your attention back to the present moment. Remember, the Bible encourages us to always pray, and not faint! Stand string and observant!

Letting Go of Attachments: Recognize that attachments to people, possessions, or circumstances can lead to suffering when they inevitably change. Practice letting go and finding contentment in the present moment rather than clinging to the past or worrying about the future. The Bible says in James 4v14 "Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away." Don't hold on to anything but Jesus, for He will never leave you or forsake you!

These are some of the beginning steps to embracing change, allowing God to help you release all that has held you back for a greater purpose!
